These terms apply when you use a link page made with If Not Now, a show page, an RSVP, or this website. If Not Now is run by 97 Music Group Ltd, company number 14685316, registered in England. Artists and labels who use our console agree to separate terms shown when they sign in.
A link page is made by an artist or label to point you to their music on streaming services, or to a show and its tickets. We provide the page and the signpost; we are not the music service, the ticket seller or the promoter. The music, the artwork, the show and the tickets belong to the artist, the label, the venue or the ticket seller, and your purchase or stream is governed by that company's own terms.
Show details on a page (date, time, venue, line-up) are provided by the artist or promoter. We pass them on in good faith but cannot guarantee them; check with the ticket seller before travelling. An RSVP records that you intend to come so the artist can plan. It is not a ticket, does not reserve a place unless the page says so, and does not oblige you to attend.
You may open, use and share a link page freely. You may not copy or scrape the pages or their data, send automated traffic to them, interfere with their operation, try to reach systems behind them, or use them for anything unlawful. We may block traffic that does.
Many visitors reach a link page from an advert placed by the artist or label. The page records which advert brought you, as described in our privacy notice, so the artist can see what worked. We do not show adverts on the pages ourselves.
The If Not Now name, logo, page design and software belong to 97 Music Group Ltd. The artist's name, music, artwork and show details belong to the artist, their label or their partners, and appear on the page with their permission.
We aim to keep the pages available but do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or withdraw them. A link page can only send you to a third-party site; we are not responsible for that site, for the availability of a song or a show, or for a ticket purchase. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, a page. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of a page after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any rights you have as a consumer to bring a claim where you live.
