This notice covers this website, ifnot.now, operated by 97 Music Group Ltd. It does not cover our client platform, which has its own policy shown to account holders when they sign in.
Nothing you type. This site has no forms, no sign-up, no cookies, no advertising tags and no third party analytics.
Our web server keeps standard access logs so we can operate the site securely. Each entry records the IP address of the request, the time, the page requested, and the browser's user agent string. These logs are used only to keep the site running and to investigate abuse, are never used to build a profile of you, and are not shared with anyone except where we are legally required to do so.
If you contact us at hello@ifnot.now we hold that message and your email address so we can reply. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Under UK data protection law you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@ifnot.now and we will respond. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
